Service Description

Please note that a deposit of £25 will be taken for the initial consultation only. Any follow-ups will be without a deposit but still bound by our cancellation policies. Receive a comprehensive osteopathic consultation to assess your musculoskeletal health and create a personalized treatment plan. Our experienced practitioners will address your concerns and provide hands-on therapy to improve your mobility and reduce pain.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Appointments We understand that sometimes life can be unpredictable, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that all patients have access to care, we have established the following cancellation policy: Notice Period: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late Cancellations: Initial consultation - If an initial osteopathy consultation is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or you do not turn up the deposit of £25 will be charged and no refunds will be given. (we will be happy to reschedule please call and leave a voice message or text the clinic phone and I will call back to reschedule.) Follow-ups and Massage - If you cancel within less than 24 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service will be charged. Missed Appointments/No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the service booked, which will be charged to your account. Exemptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to cancel due to illness or an unexpected emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess your situation individually. Repeated Cancellations: Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment of future appointments or limited scheduling privileges. If we don't answer please leave a voice message and we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
